This 8-week telehealth program is designed to help you fall asleep more easily, stay asleep longer, wake feeling more restored, and reduce anxiety around sleep — without medication, supplements, or unproven sleep gimmicks.

You will work one-on-one with Rebecca Hamilton, APRN, who will guide you step by step through two evidence-based approaches working together: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia, which retrains the behavioral and cognitive patterns driving your insomnia, and HRV biofeedback training, which works directly on the physiological arousal — the "tired but wired" cycle — that CBT-I alone doesn't always fully address. The result is a program that treats both the mind and the nervous system, not just the symptoms..

What’s included in the 8-week program

The Better Sleep Program includes:

  • Work one-on-one with a consistent medical provider throughout the program, not a rotating coach or generic app-based plan.

  • Receive a clinical-grade HRV biofeedback device — included in your program and yours to keep — that pairs with your smartphone so you can see your nervous system regulation improving in real time, build a lasting skill that targets the "tired but wired" cycle, and continue supporting your sleep and wellbeing long after the program ends.

  • You will be guided through evidence-based strategies designed to retrain sleep patterns, reduce insomnia symptoms, and help your body relearn how to sleep naturally.

  • Your plan will take into account your schedule, responsibilities, daily routines, living situation, stressors, and sleep patterns.

  • Receive support as questions come up and as your sleep patterns begin to shift.

  • If you are currently taking sleep medication and want to reduce dependence, Rebecca can coordinate with your current prescriber to support a safe and appropriate plan.
