Meet Rebecca Hamilton, APRN
Rebecca Hamilton, APRN, is the founder of Better Sleep NP and a Nurse Practitioner with more than two decades of nursing experience.
Rebecca earned her BSN from Drexel University and graduated summa cum laude from Chamberlain College of Nursing with her MSN and Family Nurse Practitioner credentials. She has completed specialized training in CBT-I and in the clinical application of HRV biofeedback from industry-leading programs.
Since beginning her nursing career in 2002, Rebecca has been passionate about wellness, healthspan, and whole-person care. She believes true health is not just about adding years to your life, but adding quality, energy, and presence to the years you have.
While nutrition and exercise are often seen as the foundation of wellness, Rebecca believes proper rest and nervous system regulation are just as essential, and too often overlooked.
